Endgame – Responsibility of Opening Night

Dr. Strange No SpoilersI wrote a nearly identical post a couple of years back when I saw Star Wars: The Last Jedi.

I saw Avengers: Endgame last night on it’s national opening night. There’s a lot to process and I can’t wait to see it again, though if I’m being honest it’ll probably not be until it comes out on video. My kids haven’t been introduced to the MCU (I know… my fault) and I want to make sure they’re all caught up before they see this one. So, over the next several months I’ll be getting them up to speed and then we’ll watch together.

I’ll be writing a review shortly but all I’ll say now is “wow”.  If you’ve seen the flick already, you now have a responsibility. Do NOT spoil Avengers: Endgame for anyone. Let them experience it for themselves. Don’t be that guy. Don’t post spoilers without a spoiler warning. Don’t take that experience away from people simply for your own enjoyment and to make yourself feel superior.

Sure, it’s easy to say “stay off the Internet” and it’s not REALLY your burden to bear. But wouldn’t you just like to be a better person?

Enjoy the movie folks… it’s going to make a shit ton of money. I look forward to discussing it with people that have seen it. Feel free to send me a PM.
