Official WrestleMania 34 Drinking Game

WrestleMania 34 Logo Square

WrestleMania 34 will be held on April 8, 2018 at Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana. Sadly, Pip won’t be joining me this year so it will be Mark and I (and my kids) watching the show. As I’ve outlined earlier this morning I doubt we’re going to make an attempt at the Beeramid this year but I’ve had several questions on if we were going to put our list out this year so here … Continue reading

The WrestleMania 33 Beeramid – The Last Ride?

WrestleMania 33 Beeramid

Father Time is undefeated. He quite literally never loses. At WrestleMania 33 last year we saw what was presumably the final match of The Undertaker’s career (until they decide to roll him out again in the next six weeks in preparation for WrestleMania 34). For over a decade now Pip and I have been building the structure known simply as “The Beeramid” while we watch WrestleMania. Several years back we started to produce our yearly … Continue reading

Get Buckets with the New Uncle Drew Teaser Trailer Um what? There’s an Uncle Drew movie coming? Sure enough it’s on its way hitting theaters this June. Uncle Drew Synopsis After draining his life savings to enter a team in the Rucker Classic … Continue reading

The Best of 2017 From 406Northlane

Best of 2017

Since back in 2010 I’ve been doing these retrospective entries. Before we get too far into the year I wanted make sure I knocked this one out. As I said in my previous post I’ve been a terrible blogger recently and my yearly output of only 24 posts shows just how true that statement is. This is down from 79 posts in 2016 and 80 in 2016. I still plan on backdating a few movie reviews and … Continue reading

Behind the 8-Ball – Time To Catch Up

Behind the 8-Ball

I’ve been a really bad blogger lately. There’s a variety of reasons for this, but suffice to say I’ve not been making writing here a priority the way I’d like to. It’s time to get caught up. Here’s a look at what I’ll be working on over the (hopefully) near future. Movie Reviews I like to review every non-horror movie I see in the theaters here on the site (horror reviews go over on ScareTissue.com). … Continue reading

Responsibility of Seeing an Early Screening

The Last Jedi - No Spoilers

I saw Star Wars: The Last Jedi last night. There’s a lot to process and I can’t wait to see it again. I’ll be writing a review shortly but all I’ll say now is “wow”.  I told my boys this morning… you now have a responsibility. Do NOT spoil The Last Jedi for anyone. Let them experience it for themselves. In that same vein I’d ask this… don’t be that guy. Don’t post spoilers without … Continue reading

Embracing Failure as a Browns Fan

Owen 16 - jimmert444

Just spitballing here for a moment… I’m trying to keep it positive, but it’s proving difficult. If the Cleveland Browns finish the season “defeated” (0-16) which is looking more and more likely each Sunday, Hue Jackson will have a head coaching record of 1-31. – 12/17 we host the 7-6 Baltimore Ravens. – 12/24 we’re at the 4-9 Chicago Bears – 12/31 we’re at the 11-2 Pittsburgh Steelers I don’t have high hopes for any of these games if I’m … Continue reading
