What’s On Tap For WrestleMania XXX Weekend

We’re less than two weeks away from WrestleMania XXX on April 6th, 2014.  Once again Pip, Marko and I will be attempting to “walk that aisle” and tackle the structure known simply as The Beeramid.  We’ve been working hard on our rules of engagement (IE, the WrestleMania 30 Drinking Game) and now it’s time to try and figure out the rest of the weekend.

1. WrestleMania 30 – I’ve pretty much covered this one, but wanted to make sure it was on the official list of “things to do”.  Ya know… cause it’s the main reason Pip comes to town 😉
2. Captain America: The Winter Soldier – The flick that was filmed in Cleveland last June happens to open the weekend that Pip will be in Cleveland.  Last year we saw two flicks while Pip was in town (G.I. Joe: Retaliation and Evil Dead).  It doesn’t look like there’s anything horror related coming out that weekend so we may be limited to just the one this year.  No biggie. 3. Local Brews – We’ve started another tradition recently which includes taking in some local beers during Pip / Chewie weekends.  Last year we went to Willoughby Brewing Company and Great Lakes Brewing for some samplers.  Thinking this year we may head down to Akron to take in Thirsty Dog and Hoppin Frog neither of which I’ve been to.

Even though we’ve only got 3 items on our list it’s going to be a packed weekend.  The Boys will want to spend some time with Mr. Matt so there will be plenty of time for that as well.   Can’t believe we’re less than a couple of weeks away!
