For the last couple of years, I’ve done a yearly recap post taking a look back at my blogging for the year and looking at the “best” posts based on how many views they received. On the 2010 list, the Top 80’s Action Movies post took top honors. That same post was at the top of the 2011 list. What will be in the top spot this year? Without further fan fair .. let’s get into it.

#10 – The Overuse of LOL
Falling from #5 on last year’s list, this still drives me absolutely crazy. I’m here to ask you folks… please use “LOL” sparingly.
#9 – Finally… A Heel Turn For Cena
John Cena is the Hulk Hogan of today’s wrestling fan. He’s the ultimate good guy. One of these days, he’s going to have to turn heel (become a bad guy). I thought the WWE had the perfect opportunity to do just that. I was wrong.
#8 – Honestly? The Doggie Doo?
It’s a toy dog that poops. Seriously? I ran across this one a while and simply couldn’t believe my eyes. This post made a late year surge into the top 10. I’m guessing quite a few people bought this for their kids this holiday season and then wondered just what in the hell they’d purchased.
#7 – Dick Vitale – Please Just Go Away
A very short post that I wrote way back in 2009. This hasn’t been on one of the top 10 lists in the past. Apparently Dick Vitale is getting more annoying as the years go on. Boom baby!
#6 – My First Trip To The Horseshoe Cleveland
After many years and many attempts, Cleveland finally got a casino! Right in the heart of downtown in the old Higbee building now stands the glorious Horseshoe Casino. This is a recap of my first trip.
#5 – Empire Snow Removal – Solon, Ohio & Twinsburg, Ohio
This one fell one spot from last year, but I’m thrilled that it’s still on the list. It means the word is getting out on these scammers. I got screwed over by The Snowplow Guys way back in 2008 and ever since I’ve been spreading the word.
#4 – A Month Out From Mania
Honestly I’m a little surprised that this one is on the list. It was a post that I made leading up to WrestleMania 28.
#3 – The Best Animated GIF Ever
This one maintained it’s spot at #3 on the list. I stand by it… it’s the greatest ever.
#2 – The WrestleMania 28 Drinking Game
On last year’s list at position 2 was the WrestleMania 27 version of our drinking game. It only makes sense I suppose that it was replaced by the WrestleMania 28 version. #1 – Top 80’s Action Movies
And for the THIRD year in a row, the top spot goes to this post that I made about my favorite 80’s action flicks!
I wrote 56 posts this past year which is above my unofficial goal of once a week but WELL below my 2011 output of 75 posts. I’d also like to point out that technically, this was #9 on this year’s list. Gee… I wonder why. I didn’t include it here only because it wasn’t technically a blog post.
